WHAT WE DO

LET'S Consulting was born out of a need to combine the innovative techniques of adaptability and ingenuity natural to the worlds of technology startups with the nonprofit sector's entrenched performative practices to help organizations scale their impact to meet the size of the social injustices they bravely combat daily.

Here at LET'S Consulting, we use facilitated discussions to identify internal knowledge and allow adaptation practices to flourish from the ground up. By letting those at the front lines of organizations voice their wisdom, which is grounded in years of practice and experience, and empower them to be the innovators of impact, we can design, implement, assess, and adjust minimum viable products such as programs, curriculums, initiatives and projects for nonprofits in months rather than years, allowing for proof of concept and accurate impact measurements to be established well before projects are fully implemented.
