HOW WE DO IT
DEVELOP THE QUESTIONS
After an organization requests our services, we work with them and a handful of stakeholders from the targeted affected community to identify the specific topic or problem they would like to address or learn about. We then develop the conversation questions and any additional surveys that might be beneficial. This takes about a week.

IDENTIFY & TRAIN CONVERSATION LEADERS
After identifying the information, we meet with and observe the community we are working with and identify leaders who are respected and can converse across any barriers the organization might have. We then invite those leaders to attend facilitation training and lead conversations among their peers. Training takes 3-4 weeks.
INVITE STAKEHOLDERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO CONVERSE
As we are training facilitators, we also start setting the schedule for conversations and inviting everyone to attend. There may be certain ways we break up the conversations or have multiple sets of conversations with the same people in order to create spaces that cultivate the freedom and trust to share some of the most important internal knowledge and information needed to move towards solutions.

COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CONVERSATIONS AND FEEDBACK
After every conversation, the LET'S team debriefs with the facilitators. They collect the transcripts from the meetings and discuss any undertones or unsaid tensions that came up during the discussion. We take this information and quantify it to identify gaps, leverage points, and redundancies in the organization or its programs.
DEVELOP DATAÂ SUMMARY AND DRAFT MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCTS
We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers the stakeholders from every level to take a part in shaping the discussion and the solution. We see every challenge as an opportunity, and we use the information collected in the conversations to develop processes and products for the organization to help ensure that they are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in.

HOLD STAKEHOLDER FEEDBACK SESSION
Staying true to the process of valuing and upholding internalized wisdom, we take our results and product drafts back to the community that gave us the information to create them. We then work the products over with them and have them give us their feedback and suggestions.

DEVELOP FINAL DRAFT OF MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCTS WITH PILOT AND ASSESSMENT PLAN
Most of our efforts pertaining to this step involve taking feedback and finishing applying it to innovative approaches that reframe the impact and allow organizations to create levels of change and service they have never seen before.

IMPLEMENTÂ MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCTS PILOTS
After the final draft of the minimum viable products are completed, we run the products through a 6 to 8 month rapid testing period. We make sure to allow proper time for people to interact with the products and the room to explore and test the boundaries of each of them so that they can give us their input on what does and doesn't work.
ASSESS AND REDESIGN
We then evaluate our minimum viable products by gathering qualitative and quantitative data as well as direct input from clients, service providers, and others directly involved in the process. Using that information, LET'S measures shifts and changes from our baseline measurements.

SCALE TO MEET NEED
Once final adjustments are made to the products based on feedback and measurable results, we work with the nonprofit to implement the project to meet the scale of the problem they are looking to solve.
